No, currently I can only notarize documents in English. However, I am actively taking major steps to learn and incorporate the Spanish language into my day to day business. Check back for updates on my progress.
The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. I work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner.
In order for the notarization to take place, a valid (meaning NOT expired) government issued ID can be used. Some examples would be, a state drivers license, a military ID, or passport. If the client does not have proper ID, the notarization cannot take place.
A Notary Public is an individual of integrity that is commissioned by the Clerk of Superior Court to carry out various tasks such as serving as an impartial witness, verifying identities, affirming oaths and affirmations and more.
Loan Signing Agents are notaries that are trained specifically to handle real estate transactions. Such as Mortgages, Deeds, HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, and more of the like.
Just to confirm, yes, I provide both services.
Yes, in most reasonable circumstances and as long as it is possible, I am likely available before 9am, after 8pm, and holidays. Please take note there will be an additional after hours fee.
Absolutely!! (As long as it is feasibly possible) I can perform last minute ceremonies or sign and go's. Please be mindful that there is an additional charge for these types of urgent situations.
